Welcome to Green Barn Chocolates!
Using only “…the Finest Belgian Chocolate,” Green Barn favorites are made using Callebaut chocolate, one of the smoothest and richest chocolates around. A core set of creams, ganaches, and caramels encompass the Green Barn menu with a few surprise additions, including dipped marshmallows, crunch bars, marzipan, and specialty chocolates.
All Green Barn Chocolates are made in my home kitchen in small batches using the highest health standards and practices. Green Barn Chocolates are sold primarily at the Eldorado Farmers Market during the season (May – October) and at local events during the off-season (November – April).
